The everlasting saying of Elenor Roosevelt keeps my chin up.
"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
"It is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness."
Here is my new piece.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!
For the first time in six years, I saw the Old year out and the New Year in in Japan. Having started with the spring cleaning at the end of year, I cooked special dishes prepared fo the New Year (Osechi), ate buckwheat noodles eaten on New Year's Eve praying for long life year after year, celebrated New Year 2013 with my family, and made a first visit to the shrine near my home.
I consulted my first oracle in 2013 at the shrine and the slip read a little luck. Well, that's just what I want!
Last but not least,
MAY THE YEAR OF 2013 BRING YOU A LOT OF HAPPINESS AND SMILES!
